Covered by insurance:

• Road accidents and accidental vehicle damage.
• Theft, robbery, vandalism, and other third-party illegal actions.
• Natural disasters: flood, storm, landslide, hail, lightning, earthquake.
• Fire, explosion, falling objects, and external damage caused by animals/birds.
• Glass and mirror damage within insured events.

Not covered by insurance:

• Theft if keys/documents are left in the car, or windows/doors are not secured.
• Any incident while under alcohol, narcotic, or psychotropic influence.
• Damage caused by gross traffic violations (wrong lane, red light, dangerous speeding, etc.).
• Racing, test drives, and OFF ROAD use.
• Driving by a person not listed in the rental agreement.
• Wear and tear, electrical/mechanical failures, and corrosion not related to an accident.
• Lost license plates and non-standard equipment unless insured separately.
• Moving the vehicle from the accident scene without insurer approval.

Important: OFF ROAD means driving on roads that are not marked in Google Maps.

💳 Payment methods

You can pay in cash or cashless. Available options:

• Cash.
• Transfer within Georgia: to TBC Bank or Bank of Georgia (BOG) accounts.
• Transfer to foreign cards: Ukrainian and Russian banks.

📋 Rental terms and deposit

• Driver requirements: minimum age is 25, minimum driving experience is 3 years.
• Documents: photos of passport/ID and driving license are required for the agreement.
• Refundable deposit: 200 USD. Fully returned if there is no new damage.
• Vehicle return: the car must be returned clean and with the same fuel level as at pickup.

3. Call patrol police at 112 to register the incident.

Exception: police may be skipped only for windshield damage or damage caused by natural disasters.
